So weigh yourself right before you go to bed the night before you do the 1-Day Diet Plan. Then weigh yourself again the morning after the 1-Day Diet Plan… immediately after you go to the bathroom and before you eat breakfast.
Now, I don’t want you to use the first day’s weight loss as a basis on the success and effectiveness of the system. Don’t get hung up on that initial weight loss.
Weight loss is not linear, meaning it’s not straight down. There are natural ups and downs based on a lot of factors.

If you have less fat and weight to lose, then obviously you’ll lose less weight overall… but you’ll still lose whatever fat you do have fast.
Along with watching your weight on the scale, pay attention to how your clothes fit around your waist… and how you look in the mirror over the course of the first few weeks.
